The staff was really nice and efficient. We booked this flat really late at night as we were left without any accommodation for the night and they responded super quickly. We had to come to a hotel for the check in and then someone took us to the flat. They really saved us that night!! Really modern flat just next to the cathedral. Location is perfect as you can walk to anywhere.

No breakfast. Apt. had greasy oven, range that didn't work when host turned it on, a refrigerator that didn't work. My luggage was brought up to a second floor bedroom (curved staircase) that I had to bring down upon leaving. I would not have taken such an apartment. I checked for elevator when I booked and saw the building had one. Antonella was nice but the others barely knew what was going on. Didn't have towels on arrival and had to ask for them and additional toilet paper!

It s new apartment -clean-good condition- ac -electronic lock-modern style ) some service person visited and collected garbage. it is good . Many tourists already wrote about good things
